Over the course of her professional career, which started in 1976, the Catalan vocalist Marina Rossell has released more than fourteen records. She has performed with such diverse artists as Montserrat Caballé, Carlos Cano, Pedro Guerra and the flamenco guitarist Tomatito and has collaborated in movies by directors Ventura Pons and Antoni Ribas. Her unmistakable voice and the powerful emotion it carries have won her fans in countries around the world. This DVD documents a live performance of her classic repertoire of Catalan songs, sung to an adoring crowd at the Gran Teatre del Liceu de Barcelona.
