The Penguin Cafe Orchestra's 1995 album Concert Program is the definitive recording of the final line up of the band, and includes most of the Penguins' best known pieces. It was conceived as a 'live album' that would be recorded in a studio - a concert without an audience. This is a re-mastered version of the original 1995 release.
