|RESTOCK NOTIFICATION SYSTEM|
|The harmonia mundi store only accepts orders on items that are in stock and ready to ship. If you're interested in an out of stock item, you will be given the option of entering your E-mail address where you would normally see the Add to Cart button, so that you can be notified when that item is back in stock. E-mails are sent out overnight automatically - so check your junk mail folders to see if our notification got caught. Most junk mail filters offer the ability to accept or 'whitelist' messages coming from friendly sources. Ours will come from the address: firstname.lastname@example.org .|
|The harmonia mundi store offers Reward Points for registered customers. For each dollar purchased, you earn a Reward Point. Every 10 Points earns $1 towards your next purchase. If you end up earning an odd number of points (i.e. 36), we will round up to give you the greatest possible discount (i.e., $4).|
|Look for the Reward Points section on your shopping cart (make sure you’re logged in) and click the Apply Points button to see the discount applied to your cart.|
|You can also keep track of the points you have earned by logging on to your account information page or 'Dashboard.' Reward Points are listed in the center section of the dashboard.|
|SHOPPING / CHECKOUT|
For anyone who shops on the Internet regularly, the features and overall experience of the harmonia mundi store will feel very familiar. When you wish to place an item in your shopping cart, simply click on the shopping cart icon or add to cart button associated with that product. A number next to the 'Your cart' link on the upper right menu of the site will reflect the number of items in your cart. From there, you can proceed through the checkout process or click on the 'continue shopping' button. If you choose to check out, you will be prompted to either log on to your account (if you have not already done so), create a new account (if you have not already created it) or checkout as a guest. To create an account, select the 'register' radio button, then 'continue' to go to the registration form. Once your account is created, you will then be able to finish placing your order. As you proceed through the checkout pages, we will ask you to enter billing and shipping address, choose your shipping option, and enter your credit card information.
|If you have created an account, when you make future purchases on the harmonia mundi store, your address information will be stored so you will not have to enter it again. Just make sure to tick the box to choose it when promted, because you will also be presented with the opportunity to enter a new address. Having a registered account will give you access to Reward Points and more insight into order progress from your Account Dashboard.|
|You can always view the contents of your cart by clicking on the shopping cart link located on the upper right corner of every page on the store.|
The harmonia mundi store accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders or any type of payment other than credit cards. All prices are in US Dollars.
|For your security, we do not store credit card information for future use - you must enter the number manually each time you place an order. None of our employees see your card number, it is all blanked out to us and forwarded directly to Authorize.net.|
|If you'd like to save a title for purchase at a later date, you may elect to put it on your "wish list" by clicking the "add to wish list" link, located to right of the 'add to cart' icon. Wish lists are saved to your account, and can be accessed by clicking the 'My Account' link at the upper right of every page on the site. Please note that items in your wish list are subject to current prices and price changes.|
|Our store automatically sends order status e-mails for confirmations, shipping and invoicing. These often get caught by e-mail junk filtering systems. To ensure you get your order information e-mails, check your junk-mail folders for messages coming from email@example.com, and unblock them, add them to your junk mail whitelists, or approve it as an okay sender of e-mail.|
The harmonia mundi store maintains a mailing list for the purposes of sending newsletters or other offers to active subscribers. This is an opt-in service only - you will not be automatically added to our mailing list. Subscribers to the non-commercial sites harmoniamundi.com, worldvillagemusic.com and lechantdumonde.com are considered to have opted in to mailings from the harmonia mundi store.
|There are two easy ways to join our mailing list. On our home page you will find a section where you can join without opening an account or making any purchases whatsoever. Simply enter your e-mail address in the box and click the 'subscribe' link below it. Otherwise, if you have an account with the harmonia mundi store, simply log on to your account information page, click the 'Newsletter Subscriptions' link on the left side of the page and then click the box next to 'General Subscription' in the center of the screen. By doing so, you agree to accept newsletters and other mailings from the harmonia mundi store and its affiliate websites, harmoniamundi.com, worldvillagemusic.com and lechantdumonde.com.|
|Our mailing lists are used exclusively to keep our subscribers informed about products and other items of interest related to our recordings and artists. We will never share or sell your information to any third parties. You may unsubscribe at any time, either by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of any E-mail you get from us, or by un-checking the 'General Subscription' box on your account information page.|
|If a disc arrives damaged or defective, we will be happy to replace it for you with a copy of the same title. Unopened items may be returned either for credit or refund, however please note that refunds cover the cost of the merchandise only (and any applicable taxes).|
|IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to receive a refund or process an exchange, you must first request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This RA# must be written prominently on the outside your return package and be referenced on the enclosed paperwork (see below).|
|Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and you will be responsible for all costs associated with the return shipment. No COD returns will be accepted.|
|1. Request an RA#: Contact Customer Service to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please include your order number, a list of the product(s) you wish to return, and a short explanation as to why you are requesting a return. Inquiries are generally answered within 24 hours.|
|2. Complete the Return Form: Once you receive the RA# from the harmonia mundi store, please complete the return form that was included with your shipment, or download one here. Please fill in all sections of the form completely to ensure quickest processing|
3. Pack and Send: Enclose the merchandise, the completed return form and a copy of your original invoice in a sturdy package. Please note that damaged shipments due to insufficient packaging may not be credited. Be sure to print the RA# on the outside of the package. COD returns will not be accepted.
The harmonia mundi store is based in the state of California. All orders shipped to California addresses are subject to state sales tax.
|Orders shipped to addresses in the continental US are shipped free via the US Postal Service. However, if you desire faster service or require a tracking number, we offer UPS 2nd Day and Next Day services and also UPS Ground should you need tracking information that USPS doesn't offer. Costs for shipping via UPS will be determined automatically by the weight and destination of your order. When checking out, you can enter your shipping information into the Estimated Shipping Calculator at the bottom of the Cart page to get an idea of what the shipping charge will be before proceeding to checkout.|
|Currently, the harmonia mundi store is not shipping orders outside of the USA. Do check back though as we are looking to expand availability to other countries.|
|Shipments sent via US Postal Service take an average of 4 to 10 business days for delivery. However, depending on the destination, some deliveries may take up to 14 business days. If you live in California where our warehouse resides, or nearby Arizona/Nevada, you may benefit from quicker delivery.|
|For orders sent via UPS, you will find a tracking number within the Order detail of our Account Dashboard. Using that number, status and delivery date estimates can be checked on the UPS website.|

|YOUR ACCOUNT / ORDER STATUS|
|When you place an order with the harmonia mundi store, you will be notified via E-mail when the status of your order is updated. However, if you have registered for an account, you can also view the details of your orders by clicking on the 'My Account' link located in the upper right corner of every page on the store. To access your information, you will be prompted for your login and password. Once signed-in to your 'Account Dashboard,' you can access a wealth of information, including a list of all of your orders and any associated tracking information if UPS shipping was selected. Just click on an order number to see the complete details. You can also edit your wish list, edit your mailing list preferences and much more.|
